Program Directors and Art Mentors

Lynette Lee is TAT's Yoga Director. She is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Vedic practitioner. Having been in a helping capacity all of her working career, Lynette continues to serve by providing yoga to challenged youths, adults, and parents with children. Her gentle style assists her students with opening up their bodies for better flow of breath, thus boosting their self-confidence and body awareness, resulting in efficient stress management. Her experience in the fields of visual and ceramic arts has helped her to facilitate numerous retreats for TAT.

Montrice Wright is a TAT Art Director. She moved to Los Angeles from New Orleans and became a fusionartist, working with world-renowned Rassouli. Her works often depict scenes without distinction between the physical and spiritual realms. She creates transcendental art, blending different elements together, forming a seamless combination of energies. Montrice is also the designer of the "Wear Your Painting" jewelry. She also serves as a coordinator for Fusionart International. Her works have been exhibited throughout Southern California including Agape International Spiritual Center and Center of the Heart in Santa Barbara.

Amanda Wilkinson is a TAT Program Director. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Dance from California Institute of the Arts, and a Master of Arts in Dance/movement Therapy from UCLA. She is a certified Yoga and Gyrotonic instructor. Ms Wilkinson has worked in the mental health field for ten years in Los Angeles, providing Creative Arts Therapy to youth, adults and elderly in a variety of psychiatric treatment settings. Her multi-faceted expertise includes translating for Spanish-speaking clients in therapy; developing innovative treatment plans using dance, movement, music and art; and assisting care-giving staff with stress management through Yoga. Ms. Wilkinson currently is an adjunct faculty member at Folsom Lake College, where she participated as a guest lecturer in a recent Healing Arts Symposium.

Denise Davidson is a TAT Art Mentor. Denise is known for her unique style of teaching yoga, incorporating an eclectic range of music from classical to new age and hip-hop. She is a certified Kundalini yoga instructor through The Kundalini Research Institute in 2000 under the tutelage of Krishna Kaur who studied at the feet of Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini yoga. Past class themes include anger management, stress reduction, obesity, physical conditioning and more. For seniors and beginning yoga students, mats, wall and chairs are available to assist in poses. Her workshops have been conducted all over the country and worldwide that range from health care facilities, fitness centers, youth centers, government, non-profit agencies, beauty and SPA facilities, public and private schools, parks and recreation and special events. She also conducts private classes and workshops.

Antonia Allison is a TAT Art Mentor. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Religion from Scripps College of Claremont, California and a Master of Arts degree from University of Santa Monica in Spiritual Psychology. She has served as a social worker for children and adolescents in a psychiatric setting, and also as a counselor at a battered women's shelter. She does poetry reading at Acres of Books and Shades of Afrika in Long Beach. Her relationship with arts includes both painting and writing poetry. Antonia creates and facilitates various powerful, creative workshops to enhance intuition and self-awareness.
